Market bench candidates (US: OPT, CPT, H1B, H4 EAD, Green Card, Citizens | Domestic: IT & Non-IT consultants) to prime vendors, clients, and staffing partners.
Build and maintain a strong vendor/implementation partner database.
Negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with vendors and clients.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and ensure successful onboarding of consultants.
Track consultants project status, availability, and proactively align them to upcoming opportunities.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners to maximize placement opportunities.
Prepare and share regular reports on submissions, interviews, and closures.
13 years of experience in US Bench Sales (mandatory).
Familiarity with domestic staffing/bench marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of US hiring processes, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and visa classifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals.
Strong network with vendors, prime implementors, and direct clients.
Proficiency in using job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Naukri, etc.) and social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
