📍 Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad

💼 Experience: 0-1 Years in Bench Sales

🕒 Work Timings: US Shift (EST) | Night Shift (India Time: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

We are looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with proven expertise in US IT Staffing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience marketing H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, Green Card & US Citizen consultants, and a track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with consultants on the bench and get them placed with clients/vendors.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants.
• Maintain and expand the database of potential vendors and clients.
• Proactively identify requirements and submit suitable profiles.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of visa classifications and employment terms.
• Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
