We’re Hiring – Accountant(US Payroll and Quickbooks)

Position Overview:

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Administer
US payroll processing
with accuracy and compliance to regulations.
Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Maintain and update records using
QuickBooks
accounting software.
Process invoices, vendor payments, reimbursements, and employee expenses.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial audits.
Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory filings, and internal controls.
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience with US payroll management.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks (desktop/online).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Excellent MS Excel and reporting skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a similar role within US-based operations.

Work Environment:

Full-time position (onsite).
