We’re Hiring – Bench Sales Recruiter (1-2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with consultants on the bench and get them placed with clients/vendors.
Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and partners.
Negotiate rates with vendors and consultants.
Maintain and expand the database of potential vendors and clients.
Proactively identify requirements and submit suitable profiles.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of bench sales experience in US IT staffing.
Excellent knowledge of visa classifications and employment terms.
Very strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a results-driven approach.
