Job Title: Bench Sales recruiter
Location: Bangalore ( On-site )Employment Type: Full-time,Work Hours: Night Shift (EST Time Zone 6:30 PM IST to 3:00 AM IST)Requirements:• Marketing our Bench Consultants (H1/ H1 Transfer/OPT/H4/ GC, and US CITIZEN)• Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients. Someone who has been in the industryand can be bring existing clients to support us.• Communicating with the consultants on a Daily Basis and update about submission andinterviews• Arranging the interviews with tier one vendors or end clients• Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally closing the candidate• Ability to develop and maintain client / vendor network.• Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates• Knowledge about Contracts - MSA, NCA / NDA / Addendum / Memorandum• Should be able to manage complete cycle of Bench sales
