  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Oversee HR operations such as offer letters, BGV, induction, offboarding, and document management.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs including leave tracking, LOP, incentives, and appraisal documentation.
  • Handle vendor management for cabs, tea, team events, and year-end gifts within approved budgets.
  • Responsible for formatting the resumes and working on the forms.
  • Maintain accurate records across HR databases, Dropbox, and Excel trackers.
