Location: IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT and non-IT roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from requirement gathering to onboarding
• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and candidate records
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
• Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably IT recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements
