Bench Sales Recruiter

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing OPT candidates, building strong vendor and client relationships, and ensuring a steady flow of interviews for assigned candidates. This is a performance-driven role with a focus on achieving monthly placement targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4EAD, L2EAD, GC, and US Citizen consultants to clients and vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
• Ensure assigned candidates receive consistent interview opportunities every week.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to meet both candidate expectations and company margins.
• Track and report progress of candidate marketing efforts, interviews, and placements.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for securing interviews and placements.
• Stay updated with current market trends in US staffing and recruiting.
• Maintain professionalism and compliance while working with consultants and clients.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Bench Sales/Recruiting in the US IT Staffing industry.
• Strong experience in marketing OPT candidates and other work authorization categories.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media recruiting.
• Strong vendor/client network in the US staffing domain is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
