Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Identify and source candidates from various platforms (job boards, social media, referrals).
• Resume Screening: Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Client Interaction: Maintain communication with clients to understand their staffing needs and present suitable candidates.
• Bench Management: Manage and promote bench resources to potential clients, ensuring optimal placement.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the recruitment landscape.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience:
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates should have a background in recruitment or sales.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of the IT industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software is advantageous.

Pay: ₹18,854.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
