Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Visakhapatnam, India

Schedule:Night shift

Salary: Between 12-15LPA

As a Business Development Manager at GDK Services you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.


Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and achieve revenue targets.

Conduct presentations and pitch our staffing solutions to prospective clients.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.

Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions to meet their requirements.

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.


Market Analysis and Strategy:

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

Analyse market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for expansion.

Contribute to the development of marketing and business development strategies.


Collaboration with Recruitment Team:

Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates.

Provide guidance and feedback to recruiters to ensure alignment with client expectations.


Contract Negotiation and Management:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and in compliance with company policies.

Monitor contract performance and proactively address any issues or concerns.


Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities.

Generate regular reports on sales performance, client retention, and market trends.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree


Requirements


  • 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Job Type: Full-time


Experience
