Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Hyderabad. The BDM will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role involves preparing sales proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams. The BDM will also be tasked with meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving growth
• Experience in the mobility solutions or elevator industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
