Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Bhubaneswar. As a BDM, the day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic planning and execution. The role involves creating and implementing sales strategies, managing client communications, preparing proposals, and working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve organizational goals. Additionally, the role may require market research to identify trends and emerging client needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy development
• Experience in Market Research, Opportunity Analysis, and Strategic Planning
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Understanding of IT solutions such as Software Development, Web Development, and IT Consulting is advantageous
• Ability to meet targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant work experience in business development or sales roles is a strong advantage
