Role Description This is a full-time on-site Business Development Manager (BDM) role located in Coimbatore at Texila American University Consortium. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and developing growth strategies to drive revenue. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as market research, client meetings, and proposal development. Designation : BDM - School Outreach & Partnerships Exp : 5 - 8 Years Location : Coimbatore JD : Establish partnerships with a high schools or educational institutions. Conduct onboarding sessions, orientation, and training programs for school counsellors and key school staff. Organising informational sessions, webinars, or virtual campus tours of TAU campus among the targeted high schools for their students and staff each quarter. Increase student applications from partner schools. Achieve intake Enrollment targets from the School channel. Identify and roll out upskilling programs specifically tailored for school counsellors, helping them understand and promote TAU programs effectively. Encourage participation in internal training programs organized by TAU to keep school partners informed of changes, updates, and new offerings. Qualifications Strong Sales and Negotiation skills Proven track record in Business Development and Client Relationship Management Excellent Communication and Presentation skills Candidate who can speak in Hindi is an added advantage Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the education sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Candidates who has a good experience in handling B2B Sales from any industry and have Good Communication Skills Can also Apply. Role : Assistant Director of Admissions - Middle East Experience : 8-10 Years ( Working with Middle East Countries) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Assistant Director of Admissions - Middle East The Assistant Director of Admissions will be responsible for enrollment management, communication, student recruiting, customer service, and student financial aid on a day-to-day basis. • Accurately and completely explain educational programs, expected outcomes, student services, and financial considerations to prospective students and parents. • Recruit, enroll, and start new students using the current and new admissions methodology. • Accurately forecast projected new students on a periodic basis • Report weekly, monthly, and semester data to show team/individual performance and productivity. • Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity weekly goals; utilize approved recruitment policies/formats; and redirect unqualified candidates based upon incompatible career goals. • Maintain a high level of customer service through contacts with prospective and current students; act as student agent and adviser. • Represent TAU at fairs, open houses, and other interested individuals and other recruitment events. • Participate in developing and implementing strategic enrollment goals for the University. • Assist with various marketing activities, applicant file evaluation, and a variety of administrative activities as assigned. • Analyse the effectiveness of recruitment activities and report on these activities to the Director of Admission and CEO • Promote and maintain favourable relationships with agents/ education consultants /influencers of the admissions process. • Assist other personnel and departments with data collection and problem-solving.
