Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) - School Outreach & Partnerships position at Texila American University Consortium in Coimbatore requires a dynamic individual with 5-8 years of experience. As a BDM, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships with high schools and educational institutions, conducting training programs for school counselors and staff, and organizing promotional activities to increase student applications from partner schools. Your role will involve strategic planning to achieve enrollment targets from the school channel. You should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage. Additionally, you should demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Candidates with experience in B2B sales from any industry, along with good communication skills, are encouraged to apply.
