Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Coimbatore. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for providing Student support, ensuring Student satisfaction, online support, Student service, and technical support on a day-to-day basis.

Role : Customer Service Executive (Night Shift)

Experience : 1+ Years

Location : Coimbatore (Tidel Park)

Shift Timing : 5.30 Pm to 3.00 Am (Weekends Fixed Off)

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure student details are updated in ERP once after CL is received.

To update course and student enrollment in the ERP

Provide coursework handbook and Academic Calendar to the students

To Conduct Orientation session for New students

Follow up on Academic and Fee payments effectively

To update the conversation with the students in ERP

To communicate the students about FSI /Webinar/Forum sessions.

To ensure marks are updated in ERP

To communicate the students about the exam schedules well In advance

To co-ordinate with students for Mock, Final Examination, Backlog, Resit,

Reschedule and Viva examination

Qualifications

• Male Candidates Preferred , who are ready to work in Night Shifts
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Technical Support skills
• Online Support skills
• Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
