Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries
  • Guide students and parents about Avenir courses
  • Schedule counselling sessions, demo classes, and campus visits
  • Maintain accurate enquiry and follow-up records
  • Support admission documentation and seat booking process
  • Coordinate with counsellors, BDEs, and management teams
  • Address basic concerns related to fees, eligibility, and career scope
  • Ensure professional communication and brand representation

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  • Any graduate or +2 (with strong communication skills)
  • Good verbal communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to handle pressure and follow daily targets
  • Customer-focused attitude with strong follow-up skills

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in education, aviation, telecalling, or counselling will be an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,682.07 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
