Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms using Python.

• Data Handling:

  Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering to transform raw data into useful information.

• Model Management:

  Train, evaluate, test, and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.

• Integration and Deployment:

  Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing production systems and applications, often working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Collaboration:

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to define project requirements and objectives.

• R&D:

  Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate new techniques into products and services.

• Documentation:

  Document model development processes, findings, and code in a clear and organised manner.

• ML Frameworks:

  Extensive knowledge and experience with key machine learning libraries and frameworks, such as

  TensorFlow,

  PyTorch

  ,

  scikit-learn

  Pandas

  , and

  NumPy

• Technical Skills:

  Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data structures, algorithms, and deep learning techniques (e.g., neural networks, NLP, computer vision).

• Problem-Solving:

  Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Soft Skills:

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data infrastructure and distributed systems (e.g., Spark).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
