This is a senior, hands-on role responsible for owning high-impact lifecycle marketing initiatives across key channels - email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and WhatsApp. You ll work closely with marketing, product, data, and engineering teams to deliver personalised, scalable, and measurable CRM programs using Braze. What you ll get to do Own CRM Strategy for Referral & Rewards programs, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention journeys. Build multi-channel CRM flows using Braze: email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, in-app messages, content cards. Design and implement personalized and dynamic campaigns using event triggers, custom attributes, and API/webhook integrations. Use RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) and other segmentation frameworks to target users effectively. To succeed in this role, you should have 7+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally with experience in referral, loyalty, or rewards programs. Proven track record running CRM at scale (millions of users, high-volume campaigns). Expert in Braze, including Canvas, custom events, Liquid logic, webhooks, and audience filters. Hands-on experience with RFM segmentation, lifecycle design, and cohort-based messaging. Strong analytical skill. You should understand cause and effect, build hypotheses, and optimize based on performance data. A/B testing and control group methodology are second nature to you. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and engineering. Excellent communication and documentation skills; fluent in English.
