Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager (BDM) at Texila American University Consortium in Coimbatore, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, maintain relationships with potential clients, and develop growth strategies to drive revenue. Your daily tasks will include market research, client meetings, and proposal development. Key Responsibilities: - Establish partnerships with high schools or educational institutions. - Conduct onboarding sessions, orientation, and training programs for school counselors and key school staff. - Organize informational sessions, webinars, or virtual campus tours of TAU campus among targeted high schools each quarter. - Increase student applications from partner schools. - Achieve intake Enrollment targets from the School channel. - Identify and implement upskilling programs tailored for school counselors to help them understand and promote TAU programs effectively. - Encourage participation in internal training programs organized by TAU to keep school partners informed of changes, updates, and new offerings. Qualifications: - Strong Sales and Negotiation skills - Proven track record in Business Development and Client Relationship Management - Excellent Communication and Presentation skills - Candidate who can speak in Hindi is an added advantage - Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the education sector is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field If you have good experience in handling B2B Sales from any industry and possess excellent communication skills, you are encouraged to apply for this role by sending your resume to varun.m@texila.org.
