Position: US IT Recruiter Location: Visakhapatnam (Onsite) Experience: 1-3 Years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our team onsite in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as under pressure. You will play a critical role in identifying and hiring top IT talent for our US-based clients across W2, 1099, and C2C engagement models. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various IT roles in the US market with a focus on technical positions. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate outreach, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Effectively source candidates on W2, 1099 and C2C models. Verify candidate work authorizations and ensure compliance with US employment regulations. Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. Work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience as an IT recruiter, preferably recruiting for US-based roles. Strong technical knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Proven experience sourcing candidates on W2, 1099, and C2C contracts. Ability to verify work authorization documents such as I-9, E-Verify, and related compliance checks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred. Show more Show less
