At GDK Services, were looking for a Business Development Consultant who can hit the ground running and bring in new direct clients or MSPs within the first 60 days. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. What Youll Do : • Acquire and manage new direct client/MSP partnerships in the US market. • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals. • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing. • Partner with internal recruitment teams to ensure high-quality service delivery. • Achieve aggressive revenue and business targets. Location: Visakhapatnam [AP] Job Type: Full Time - Onsite Shift Timing: EST Timezone [06:30 PM To 03:00 AM] Experience Level: Mid-Level Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, and a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing top technical talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and placement coordination. Source potential candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), internal databases, employee referrals, and social media. Conduct initial screenings to assess technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and availability. Coordinate technical interviews between candidates and clients; manage feedback loops and follow-up communications. Negotiate salary, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates and ensure timely offer rollouts. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Stay updated with current recruitment trends, technologies, and labor laws related to US hiring practices. Qualifications: Bachelors degree. 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or technical recruiting. Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and terminology (e.g., Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, etc.). Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Familiarity with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099), Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, TN), and compliance regulations.
