You should be able to anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Previous experience in event planning or banquet coordination is highly desirable. You will also be responsible for preparing event proposals, creating detailed event timelines, and ensuring that all client requirements are met. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be managing multiple events simultaneously.
