Banquet Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Banquet Coordinator to join our Food & Beverage team. The Banquet Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all banquet events — ensuring seamless execution, exceptional guest service, and memorable experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of banquet events, from initial client inquiries to post-event follow-up.
• Meet with clients to understand event objectives, menu selections, setups, and special requests.
• Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to relevant departments.
• Liaise with the kitchen, service, and housekeeping teams to ensure all arrangements meet client expectations.
• Supervise event setups, food service timing, and overall event flow.
• Maintain accurate records of events, contracts, and billing details.
• Conduct pre-event meetings and post-event evaluations to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
• Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support the Banquet Manager and F&B team in achieving operational and financial goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
