We are looking for a Banquet Executive/ Coordinator to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all banquet events at our hotel. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with clients, the sales and kitchen teams, and banquet staff to ensure every event runs seamlessly — delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding our brand standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities 1. Event Coordination Coordinate all banquet event details, including setup, menu planning, seating arrangements, and décor requirements. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all event requirements are accurately communicated and executed. Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant departments. Conduct pre-event meetings to review details with team members and ensure smooth operations. 2. Operations & Execution Supervise and support banquet setup and service, ensuring timely preparation and flawless execution. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure food quality, timing, and presentation meet standards. Monitor event flow, address any issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction. 3. Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively. Assist the sales team with banquet inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups. 4. Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate records of banquet events, billing, and post-event evaluations. Assist in preparing reports on banquet revenue, performance, and client feedback. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
