Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Coordinator to join our team at Copper Leaf Hotels. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of banquets, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote events.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
Ability to build relationships with vendors and suppliers.
