We are looking for a highly-organized and level-headed laboratory manager to ensure that all lab operations run smoothly by scheduling staff, ordering supplies, maintaining health and safety protocols, and training lab assistants. To be successful as a laboratory manager you must be able to multitask and plan ahead. A top-notch laboratory manager combines their experience in the science field with excellent managerial skills. Laboratory Manager Responsibilities: Scheduling staff. Ordering supplies. Managing the disposal of samples. Training lab assistants. Upholding health and safety protocols. Handling security documents. Maintaining specialized software. Laboratory Manager Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or another health and science field. Interact with clients to review, discuss project scope and estimate basis and consult on company estimating methods/procedures. Material Reconciliation, Assist project management department and contract department with bid analysis and contract negotiations. /AEDC Dept Coordination with teammates on company estimating methods and preparation directions. Study and interpret GFC drawings and technical specifications. Utilize inputs from consultants. Rate Analysis of every item. To prepare Initial Budgeting To prepare Detailed Estimate Co-ordination with GM, Site team and consultants for detailing and GFC drawings. Co-ordination with GM, Site team for material reconciliation.

Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time, Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative approaches to work. Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone. Visiting Site on weekly basis and prepare Site notes based on Observation. Collaborate and Co-ordinate with the Site, Contracts, Procurement and Estimation Team to ensure the availability of Contractor and Material before the commencement of work through RFI Management. Coordination with the Architect/Consultants to finalize Drawings/ Statutory Approvals based on Pre-Execution schedule. Drawings Scrutiny, Review of Bill of Quantities, Construction Area, Analysis Reports, etc.
