We are looking for the B2B Sales Officer to assist in identifying, engaging, and servicing B2B customers for dairy product sales by supporting lead generation, daily order collection, coordination with internal teams, and ensuring smooth customer service and delivery operations.

KRAs, Brief Descriptions, and Responsibilities
Brief: Assist in generating and mapping relevant business leads for potential dairy bulk buyers.
Responsibilities:
Help identify bakeries, restaurants, sweet shops, etc.
Collect contact details and volumes consumed.
Input leads into CRM system.
Assist in setting appointments for manager.
Gather procurement practices of prospects.
Brief: Ensure accurate and timely collection of daily B2B orders from existing clients.
Responsibilities:
Contact clients for daily requirement confirmations.
Record and validate product-wise orders.
Share compiled orders with supply/logistics.
Update orders in ERP/CRM tools.
Flag last-minute changes.
Brief: Maintain day-to-day touch with B2B clients for seamless communication and support.
Responsibilities:
Follow up for pending orders or clarifications.
Communicate product availability, rates, schemes.
Support in post-delivery follow-up.
Acknowledge all messages and emails.
Coordinate appointment confirmations.
Brief: Collect and share competitor and market-related insights to support decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Monitor local market pricing trends.
Note competitor packaging, discounts, etc.
Capture customer feedback on market offerings.
Prepare short weekly intel updates.
Share insights with manager.
Brief: Ensure quick recording and forwarding of all client complaints or service issues.
Responsibilities:
Record all complaints with full details.
Share with concerned department promptly.
Track progress on resolution.
Follow up for confirmation from client.
Maintain a complaints logbook.
Brief: Ensure daily coordination for dispatch, stock updates, and urgent delivery requests.
Responsibilities:
Relay orders to plant dispatch team.
Track status of shipments in transit.
Update customers on dispatch timelines.
Escalate delays or shortages.
Monitor deliveries to large clients.
Brief: Support the onboarding of new B2B clients by managing KYC and legal documents.
Responsibilities:
Share KYC form/checklist with new clients.
Follow up for document submissions.
Scan and store documents digitally.
Share updates with admin/finance.
Update status in client tracker.
Brief: Coordinate with potential clients for product sampling and trial runs.
Responsibilities:
Deliver or arrange samples for trial.
Collect feedback post sampling.
Maintain a sampling tracker.
Inform plant team for trial batch preparation.
Follow-up with leads post-sampling.
Brief: Ensure all relevant client and order data is entered accurately in sales systems.
Responsibilities:
Update leads, orders, complaints daily.
Ensure no duplication or data gaps.
Flag outdated information for clean-up.
Generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
Assist manager in data extraction.
Brief: Share timely updates and status reports with B2B Sales Manager and team.
Responsibilities:
Submit daily activity reports.
Highlight exceptions or urgent issues.
Share market observations weekly.
Maintain checklists and trackers.
Be available during review calls.
Coordinate with finance/accounts for invoice sharing.
Support sampling or gifting during festive seasons.
Arrange logistics assistance when needed.
Assist in promotional activities for institutional sales.
Provide backup to B2B Manager during travel or review days.

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or equivalent.
Experience:
• 3 -years of experience in modern sales of premium dairy or food products (FMCG experience preferred).

Work Environment:
• 6-day workweek (Monday to Saturday).
Shift:
• General (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM); may vary based on business needs.
Other Requirements:
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid license and insurance.
• Passion for supporting local farmers and sustainable practices.
