B2B Lead

This role involves managing LinkedIn outreach, cold email campaigns, and cold calling to build a steady pipeline of qualified leads while collaborating closely with our international sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Lead


  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects in the US and EU markets.
  • Run targeted messaging campaigns to CXOs, Procurement, HR, and L&D leaders.
  • Build and nurture a network of industry decision-makers.

Cold Email Campaigns


  • Segment and target ICP-based databases for personalized outreach.
  • Execute multi-touch email sequences using platforms like Lemlist, Instantly, or Woodpecker.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.

Cold Calling & Qualification


  • Conduct cold calls to potential leads to assess needs and qualify them.
  • Set up discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
  • Apply consultative selling methods to identify key pain points.

Sales Team Collaboration


  • Align with the international sales team to prioritize accounts and share lead intelligence.
  • Participate in regular sync meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Ensure smooth transition and follow-up on warm leads.

CRM & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate lead records using tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
  • Track outreach activity and generate weekly performance reports.
  • Offer strategic input to improve lead generation funnels.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:


  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation for US/EU or international markets.
  • Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email automation tools.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English.
  • Strong cold calling and client engagement skills.
  • Experience working with enterprise or SaaS sales teams.

Preferred:


  • Background in SaaS, LMS, EdTech, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Understanding of lead generation in sectors like IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, or Consulting.
