This creative, fast-growing arts & crafts brand is looking for a proactive B2B Lead Generation Specialist to help us expand into retail.

We need someone to take responsibility for:

  • Contacting independent and boutique retail stores across the U.S. (art supply, gift, stationery, and lifestyle shops).
  • Introducing Tobio’s, our creative brand known for beginner-friendly watercolor kits, and sharing our partnership opportunity.
  • Following a proven call script to start friendly, structured conversations with store owners or buyers.
  • Qualifying leads by asking the right questions to assess store fit (size, type, category, interest level).
  • Answering product-related questions confidently and sending supporting materials (presentation deck, wholesale details, or sample info).
  • Following up with interested stores, keeping communication warm and professional until a first order or trial collaboration is confirmed.
  • Closing initial wholesale agreements or sample orders directly, using our established pricing and terms.
  • Documenting all call outcomes and lead progress in a shared spreadsheet (status, notes, next steps).
  • Collaborating with our internal team to continuously improve lead quality, communication flow, and conversion rate.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in phone-based B2B lead generation or appointment setting (preferably with small businesses or retail).
  • Excellent English communication skills: friendly, clear, and confident on the phone.
  • Strong understanding of structured outreach processes (CRM updates, lead tracking, follow-ups).
  • Comfortable talking to business owners and handling objections politely and persuasively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage hundreds of leads efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and call logging systems.
  • Bonus: Experience in the arts, crafts, or gift industry, or genuine enthusiasm for creative products.
