As a B2B Demand Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving lead generation through various digital marketing channels. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Utilizing B2B lead generation techniques such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, and Social Media to generate high-quality leads. - Collaborating with designers to create effective landing pages and optimizing them for maximum conversions. - Coordinating with agencies for content creation including long-form content and copywriting. - Working closely with the SEO and Social Media teams to drive traffic to the website. - Tracking and analyzing demand generation performance metrics to optimize campaign performance continuously. - Managing day-to-day activities and developing and executing a B2B demand generation strategy to achieve defined KPIs and support business growth initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Deep understanding of digital marketing techniques such as SEO, SMM, PPC, content marketing, and influencer strategies specifically in the Indian market. - Hands-on experience with CRM tools to manage lead flow effectively. - Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar for optimizing landing pages. - Strong project management skills to handle time-sensitive projects and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. - Prior experience in B2B lead generation for e-commerce will be highly advantageous. - Familiarity with marketing automation tools and advertising reporting tools. - Proven track record of creating impactful marketing campaigns in the B2B sector. - Ability to analyze ad performance data and optimize campaigns to drive cost efficiency and increase lead generation.
