About PE Front Office (www.pefrontoffice.com) Office is the only comprehensive and integrated suite of products that has been developed with a focus on the front and middle office processes for alternative investment management. Our target customer includes - Private Credit/Debt, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Fund of Funds, Limited Partners, and Fund Administrators. Role Summary We’re seeking a highly skilled B2B Content Strategist & Creator to lead the voice and storytelling of PE Front Office. This role demands deep industry insight, advanced storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex investment and technology topics into compelling, actionable narratives for private capital professionals. You will own the end-to-end content lifecycle-from strategy and creation to distribution and performance optimization-ensuring our messaging is targeted, consistent, and impactful across the funnel. Key Responsibilities Content Strategy & Planning Develop and execute a comprehensive Data Driven content strategy aligned with business and marketing goals, supporting the full buyer journey (awareness to conversion). Build and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across channels. Define and enforce brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all touch points. Conduct regular content audits and gap analyses to optimize the content ecosystem. Content Creation & Storytelling Produce high-quality, audience-centric content in multiple formats: Website copy, landing pages, blogs, case studies Whitepapers, thought leadership, customer stories Sales collateral, ABM campaigns, product one-pagers PR articles, media statements, video scripts, and short-form B2B video content Simplify complex SaaS/fintech/PE-VC topics for C-level and senior investment audiences. Collaborate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure content supports business objectives and user needs. Multi-Channel Distribution Plan and execute distribution strategies across LinkedIn, website (SEO-optimized), email, conferences, sales decks, and PR. Implement and optimize content promotion via email nurturing, ABM, and PR outreach. Analytics & Optimization Track and analyze content performance using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other tools. Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve engagement, conversion, and ROI. Maintain content quality through regular audits and regularly report KPIs metrics via dashboards Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, like fintech, or private capital technology (Must Have) Demonstrated success in content for private equity, venture capital, or investment operations. Expertise in writing video scripts and short-form social video content. Strong command of content analytics (GA, MS Clarity) and SEO best practices. Experience with content promotion, ABM personalization, and PR/media pitching. Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Tools & Platforms SEO: Ahrefs, Google Search Console CMS: Webflow, WordPress (basic) Analytics: Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity CRM/Campaigns: HubSpot, Freshsales, or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in commerce (preferred) Bachelor’s/Master’s Journalism/communications/English with a good understanding of Private Capital Markets .
