Associate Project Manager

Key responsibilities include:

Requirement Gathering Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, needs, and objectives.
• Elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements for web-based solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
• Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing projects.

System Design Documentation:

• Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Develop workflow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to support system design.
• Ensure that projects are designed to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of websites and web applications.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that include timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and project requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and business goals.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting achievements, risks, and any necessary adjustments.
• Conduct project demos for clients, showcasing completed features and functionalities, and manage the final delivery process.

Testing Quality Assurance:

• Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure systems meet client expectations and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and resolve any issues or bugs during the testing phases.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI to generate reports and insights.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor project performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimisations.
• Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in web-based business systems.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between engineers, designers, and customers to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Project co-ordinator / Client relationship role with a focus on web-based technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in creating detailed business process documentation, system requirements, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Ability to create and maintain clear documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
