Job Description We seek a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization for our clients across various digital channels. This role requires expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and analytics. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and reporting digital campaigns, ensuring measurable growth and ROI. Additionally, you will manage a team of specialists and collaborate closely with clients to align marketing efforts with business goals. Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for clients. Define goals, KPIs, and campaign roadmaps across multiple digital channels. Allocate budgets effectively across paid and organic campaigns for maximum ROI. 2. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), social media, content marketing, and email campaigns . Continuously optimize campaigns for engagement, conversions, and ROI. Use A\/B testing, retargeting, and automation tools to enhance results. 3. Client Handling & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing insights and updates. Create and present monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive strategy adjustments. 4. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of SEO specialists, PPC experts, content marketers, designers, and developers . Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Foster a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality campaigns efficiently. 5. Performance Tracking & Analytics: Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, HubSpot, and other tools to track KPIs. Monitor traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ad spend efficiency . Provide data-driven insights to improve future marketing efforts. 6. Innovation & Process Improvement: Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes . Implement automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance efficiency. Continuously improve internal workflows and campaign execution processes. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Core Digital Marketing Skills: SEO & SEM \u2013 Expertise in on-page, off-page, technical SEO & Google Ads. Paid Advertising (PPC) \u2013 Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising. Social Media Marketing \u2013 Strategy and execution for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter. Content Marketing & Email Automation \u2013 Ability to craft compelling content strategies and leverage tools like Mailchimp & HubSpot. Analytics & Reporting \u2013 Proficiency in Google Analytics, GA4, Google Data Studio, and UTM tracking. 2. Leadership & Client Management Skills: Project & Team Management \u2013 Experience in leading and mentoring digital teams. Client Communication \u2013 Ability to manage and maintain client relationships effectively. Presentation & Reporting \u2013 Strong skills in creating insightful marketing reports and presentations. 3. Technical & Automation Skills: Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tracking setup. Knowledge of ChatGPT, AI tools, and marketing automation platforms . Experience with CRM & Lead Nurturing Tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). 4. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Highly organized and detail-oriented . Creative thinker with a passion for growth marketing . Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Business, or related fields. Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a marketing\/advertising agency. Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and achieving KPIs . Experience in handling multiple clients and multi-channel strategies.
