Role & responsibilities Design and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including posters, banners, brochures, and flyers. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually compelling designs. Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet quality standards. Revise designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to continuously improve skills and output. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work, particularly in posters, banners, brochures, and flyers. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
