Job Description: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our stakeholders and technical teams, helping to improve processes, gather and analyse data, and support project delivery. Elicit, document, and prioritise business and technical requirements for web-based solutions. Conduct a gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in existing projects. System Design Documentation: Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and use cases. Develop workflow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups to support system design. Ensure that projects are designed to meet scalability, security, and performance requirements. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, UI\/UX designers, and QA engineers. Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment with timelines and business goals. Act as a liaison between business and technical teams for clear communication. Testing Quality Assurance: Develop test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure systems meet business requirements. Identify, document, and resolve issues or bugs during testing. Conduct data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Power BI to generate reports and insights. Continuous Improvement: Monitor project performance and recommend improvements and optimisations. Stay updated on emerging web technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role focusing on web-based technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in creating detailed business process documentation, system requirements, and technical specifications. Proficiency in MS Office and Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (Power BI preferred). Proficiency in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence). Ability to create and maintain clear documentation. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
