Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value of our products or services to potential clients. Lead negotiations, address client inquiries, and close deals that benefit the client and the company. We aim to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our products or services. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients. Address and resolve client concerns as a bridge between the client and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to adapt and tailor sales strategies accordingly. Travelling and Attending business events is a must. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data. Qualifications: Experience in sales and client servicing, with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills with knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PPT). Knowing Hindi is an added advantage. Willing to travel. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Client-focused approach and a dedication to providing outstanding service. Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
