Associate Product Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Remote

Job Type: Hybrid

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support product launches, including go-to-market planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch evaluation.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences informed by data and user behavior.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Contribute to documentation, release notes, and internal product knowledge assets.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of proven, full-time professional work experience

  in product management or closely related roles (e.g., business analysis, product operations, UX strategy).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in writing user stories, requirements, and product specs.
• Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a user-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise technology products.
• Exposure to data-driven product development.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
