In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and business to enhance current offerings and develop new, impactful product features. You’ll translate insights into actionable product decisions and work on solving real-world challenges in Advertising Technology. The ideal candidate brings a foundational understanding of how the ad tech ecosystem works including SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, web publishers, CTV advertising and is eager to learn more about how data and algorithms power modern advertising.

Position Summary

Silverpush is looking for a highly analytical and proactive Associate Product Manager (APM) to drive innovation in our AI and ML-powered product suite. The APM will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance existing solutions and develop new AI-driven products. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and an understanding of AI/ML applications in the digital advertising and marketing ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Work closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to build AI-powered advertising, analytics and optimization tools.
Work with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define product positioning.
Train sales and other business teams on new product/feature launches and existing product capabilities.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business impact, customer feedback, and AI advancements.
Conduct in depth RCA for issues pertaining to product feature, data, reporting, campaign delivery, etc.
Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify trends and drive innovation.
Analyze product performance using data analytics tools to identify areas of improvement.
Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
Maintain and refine JIRA-based product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
A minimum of 1.5 years of experience in Ad Tech, must possess understanding of how SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and DSPs, work.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with global teams across various nationalities.
Proficiency in project management tools, agile methodologies, and product management frameworks.
Ability to work with engineers and data scientists to bridge technical and business needs.
Passion for learning new technologies and willingness to take on new challenges.
Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Flexible, smart, reliable and most of all, willing to learn
