Job Description: Associate Product Manager (3–7 Years Experience) About the Role We are seeking a highly driven Associate Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and execution of our product initiatives. The ideal candidate is analytical, user-obsessed, and able to translate business goals into actionable product plans. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data, marketing, and sales. Location: Bengaluru / Pune / Remote Job Type: Hybrid Experience: 3 to 7 years Key Responsibilities Assist in defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify opportunities and validate product decisions. Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Support product launches, including go-to-market planning, stakeholder communication, and post-launch evaluation. Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences informed by data and user behavior. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with relevant teams to resolve them. Contribute to documentation, release notes, and internal product knowledge assets. Required Qualifications 3–7 years of proven, full-time professional work experience in product management or closely related roles (e.g., business analysis, product operations, UX strategy). Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience in writing user stories, requirements, and product specs. Ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decisions; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving ability with a user-centric mindset. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, computer science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience working on SaaS, mobile apps, or enterprise technology products. Exposure to data-driven product development. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
