With products like EMI Bet, Credit Builder, Protect & QuickSettle, Zavo partners closely with lenders, NBFCs, and financial institutions—making strong BFSI hiring a core requirement for our team as we scale.🔵 Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (80%)Manage end-to-end hiring for BFSI & Fintech roles, including Collections, Sales, Risk, Credit Ops, Product Support, B2B Partnerships, and lender-facing teams.Build strong and continuous hiring pipelines using LinkedIn as the primary sourcing channel (direct outreach, boolean searches, talent mapping).Post JDs, manage job updates, and engage with relevant BFSI talent communities.Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.Maintain candidate trackers, hiring dashboards, and daily reports.Support offer rollouts, salary discussions, document collection, and joining confirmations.Ensure hiring TAT and fulfil high-volume requirements in fast-paced cycles.2. HR Operations (20%)Maintain accurate employee data on HRMS (attendance, leaves, onboarding docs).Support payroll inputs including attendance logs, new joiner details, variable entries, and exit data.Act as first-level support for employee queries (attendance, leaves, salary clarifications).Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies (leave, WFH, POSH, code of conduct).Prepare weekly MIS, hiring reports, and compliance documentation support.🟢 Additional ExpectationsStrong understanding of BFSI talent landscape and volume hiring.Excellent LinkedIn sourcing capability for continuous pipeline building.Strong follow-up discipline, communication, and stakeholder coordination.Ability to work in a high-growth, target-driven hiring environment.Professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HR processes.
