Key Responsibilities

• Design smooth 2D animations for app UI: micro-interactions, onboarding/splash animations, transitions, empty/error animations.

• Create promo videos, product tutorials, reels, and social-ready motion assets. 

• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to ship UX-driven motion (handoffs in Lottie/JSON, MP4, GIF).

• Build a coherent motion system—principles, timing, easing, and component-level guidelines. 

• Storyboard concepts, prototype quickly (Figma/AEP), and test on-device for performance. 

• Prepare/optimize assets for iOS/Android/Web (Bodymovin, Lottie, etc.), maintaining quality and file size discipline.

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years in motion/2D animation with a strong reel/portfolio of UI/app work.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; working knowledge of Figma. 

• Plus points: Lottie/Bodymovin, product animation, basic sound design, or 3D (Blender/Maya/CAD). 

• Solid grasp of animation principles and accessibility in motion.

• Detail-oriented, iterative, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
