As an Associate in Growth & Partnerships at Zavo, located in Connaught Place, Delhi, you will play a crucial role in scaling partnerships with Banks and NBFCs to drive the next phase of growth. Zavo is a leading fintech platform that leverages cutting-edge AI/ML risk identification, integrated digital collections, and legal recoveries solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead strategic partnership initiatives with Banks and NBFCs, focusing on onboarding and deep integration of Zavo's proprietary technology offerings. - Introduce AI/ML risk identification solutions for early-stage borrower risk detection and proactive measures. - Oversee the integration of Zavo's digital collections and legal recoveries value chain into partner institutions, including dispute resolution and litigation management. - Develop and execute partnership strategies, manage end-to-end relationship cycles, and build long-term alliances with lenders. - Identify new business opportunities, propose partnership models, and negotiate agreements aligned with Zavo's objectives. - Demonstrate proactive leadership in decision-making, problem-solving, and obstacle overcoming. - Deliver engaging presentations and product demos to prospective and existing partner institutions. - Gather feedback, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure seamless onboarding and support. - Maintain comprehensive partnership documentation, reports, and trackers using MS Excel and the MS Office suite. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in partnerships, business development, or relationship management in fintech or BFSI. - Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, ability to make independent decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint applications. - Highly motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
