About the Role

DSA networks

Key Responsibilities

• Own a city DSA portfolio: identify, onboard, train, and activate partners.
• Generate open-market leads (referrals, micro-DSAs, connectors, activities).
• Drive the funnel:

  Logged-in → Sanction → Disbursal

  , with documentation accuracy.
• Liaise with credit/ops for faster

  TAT

  ; resolve queries, FI/PD coordination.
• Run monthly partner meets, payout communication, and SLAs/compliance.
• Track KPIs: lead volume, sanction rate, disbursal value, early-bounce quality.
• Maintain clean data on

  LOS/LMS/CRM

  and weekly reporting.

What You'll Need

• 2–3 years in retail assets (PL/BL/LAP/HL/SME/CC) with

  active DSA relationships

  .
• Proven monthly disbursal track record and understanding of credit policies.
• Comfort with field work across the city; strong negotiation & relationship skills.
• Working knowledge of

  LOS/LMS

  , KYC/AML, FI/PD, and partner payout slabs.
• Own two-wheeler & smartphone preferred; immediate joining availability is a must.
