Associate Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a Jr. HR Generalist to support our growing team in Bangalore , India.

This position partners with multiple leaders and employees across our Engineering and

Product / R&D teams in India as well as with the broader global HR team. The ideal

candidate is passionate about people and wants to make an impact on our culture and

our success. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, HR & HR Head, in India.

What You'll Do:

● Be responsible (execute and support) for the employees’ life cycle, from pre boarding,

through on boarding, benefits, employee engagement, learning and development,

compliance and off boarding .

● Responsible for all new hire communication, including document collection, HR audit of

HRIS data accuracy and completeness, and coordination with Payroll and IT

● Employee Benefits management. Coordination with the Benefits broker for employee

health benefits management. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions,

escalations and feedback.Escalate concerns and suggestions to management and

broker.

● Support Learning and development for the site.. Track metrics, generate reports and

maintain dashboards. Drive completion of new hire and annual compliance training with

reporting, metrics and target communication.

● HR Metrics and Analytics: Refresh weekly HR dashboard, run reports, compile HR

analytics.

● Support HR automation and AI driven enhancements

● Employee Engagement. Plan and execute monthly and quarterly employee engagement

activities (communication, ideation and execution, logistics and feedback) along with the

Operations team

● Compliance. Ensure legal compliances are met timely, and provide guidance in local

employment laws, processes, and policies. Ensure all statutory compliance requirements

are met including for POSH and CSR, in partnership with our Compliance vendor.

● Connect with employees on a regular basis to proactively identify talent needs. Work

closely with managers and employees to improve and maintain employee relations.

● HR knowledge management, process documentation and automation, to support the site

as it scales rapidly.

What You'll Bring:

● 3-5 + years of experience in a similar position in a global high-tech company ( product or

service company), working with various levels of employees and leaders.

● Hands on experience with several areas of HR including onboarding, benefits, employee

engagement, learning and development, compliance and off boarding

● Experience working with Engineering, R&D, Product functions in a software business.

● True passion for people, great listening skills and a positive, can-do attitude

● A great team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

● Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced

environment

● You must be a self-starter and proactive. Ability to lead with empathy and assertiveness.

● Ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders

● Creative problem solver with ability to navigate through change, ability to follow through

and get things done with accuracy and speed.

● Strong business acumen, analytical skills and critical thinking

● Proven track record of successful work relationships across HR and other business

functions

● Fluent English, written and verbal communication.

● A Bachelor’s degree in human resources , Business or a related field.

● Proficient with Microsoft tools and HRIS, Workday preferred. Aside from that MS Office

and Gsuite, Advanced excel and ppt, experience with an LMS software would be good

too.

● Ability to work from the office in Bangalore at least 4 days a week.
