St. John's invites dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team at St. John's Medical College Hospital at Brigade Meadows, a subsidiary of St. John's National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore.
•Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
•Support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
•Coordinate training and development programs.
•Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance.
•Working knowledge in an NABH accredited hospital is desired.
•Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS tools is an added advantage.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Working knowledge in multiple languages along with the local language will be an advantage.
