Associate -Facilities & Administration

is responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role involves handling day-to-day office activities, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and supporting organizational needs.

What you'll do:

  • Office Management

    • Oversee the maintenance and organization of office facilities, supplies, and equipment.
    • Ensure a clean, safe, and professional office environment.
    • Coordinate office repairs and liaise with vendors or service providers.
  • Administrative Support

    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Record Keeping

    • Maintain and update administrative records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Event Coordination

    • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and workshops.
    • Handle logistics for training sessions or employee engagement activities.
  • Vendor and Inventory Management

    • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and reorder as necessary.
    • Liaise with suppliers to negotiate contracts and maintain relationships.
  • Compliance and Policy Adherence

    • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards.
    • Assist with audits and compliance-related documentation.
  • Team Collaboration

    • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

What you'll bring:

  • Education

    : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Experience

    : 1-3 years of administrative or office management experience preferred.
  • Skills

    :
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
