Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate HR leader to drive people strategy, build

scalable HR systems, and foster a high-performance, people-first culture. As Senior Manager /

Associate Director – HR, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's growth

journey, culture, and talent development.


Key Responsibilities:

1. People Strategy & Culture

  • Define and execute the overall HR strategy aligned with business goals
  • Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and empathy
  • Lead employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiatives

2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across functions and leadership roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill workforce needs
  • Strengthen employer brand through innovative outreach and campaigns

3. Performance Management & L&D

  • Drive structured goal-setting and performance evaluation cycles
  • Design and implement talent development and upskilling programs
  • Build leadership development pipelines for high-potential employees

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure accurate payroll, HRMS management, and employee data handling
  • Drive HR automation and process excellence for scalability
  • Maintain compliance with statutory laws and internal policies

5. HR Business Partnering

  • Be the go-to advisor for employees and managers
  • Solve complex people issues with empathy and sound judgment
  • Act as a bridge between leadership and teams


Who You Are:

  • 8–12 years of HR experience, preferably in startups or high-growth organizations
  • Proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles
  • Excellent people skills with strong business and cultural acumen
  • Hands-on and proactive—willing to roll up sleeves and get things done
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
