Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Operations Executive (Long Haul) located in Gurugram. The Senior Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with ensuring smooth operations, including coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and providing support to the team. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily travel operations, including itinerary planning and execution for long-haul destinations Arrange transportation, accommodations, and ensure compliance with travel regulations. Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to secure optimal terms and services. Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures. Ensure excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. 1+ year in travel operations management, especially long-haul travel. Organizational, communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in travel management software. Detail-oriented, proactive, strong leadership, and a passion for travel. Why Join Us?
