Job Description Ensures the geography follows HR policies and regulations, as well as local workforce laws. Ensures business leaders are making decisions and taking actions that are in accordance with them. Collaborates with Compensation to maintain market data and compensation practices for the country in top shape. Partners with TA to understand workforce plan and opportunities to provide a quality onboarding experience. Employee / Manager Development: Follows the local HR Plan to implement Employee & Management Excellence programs and build capability and effectiveness in the line organization. Bringing people expertise to develop solutions to help the organization to deliver its strategy and being one step ahead in terms of understanding, data and insight (externally and internally) to role model HR skills and professionalism Driving a culture of high performance where talent is recognized, stretched and poor performance managed Collaborating across the HR function to develop integrated solutions and ensure execution for major people-centered projects and processes with a ‘one team’ approach that boost employee morale and satisfaction Acting as change agent to oversee new processes, help drive end-user adoption of HR technology, tools and solutions and to drive other change management across the organization. Furthermore, the role encompasses policy review, monthly compensation processes, and general HR support across various employee lifecycle stages. This includes providing input on induction, probation, and leave processes, supporting cyclical HR processes such as performance appraisals and remuneration reviews, and suggesting improvements to HR administration processes for enhanced service delivery. Employee Relations: Accountable for managing employee relations concerns, adhering to Acumatica and HR policy while following guidance from local employment law attorney. Drives resolution of issues, escalating when necessary. Execution of people plan and programs in Geo Performance Management: Accountable for delivery of Performance Management processes, including Mid-Year Check-In and Annual Performance Review for the geography. Supports interpreting engagement survey results for the geo and collaborates with leaders to develop plans to address employee feedback. Responsible person for Data Protection Responsible Person for Prevention and Protection from Harassment at Work Responsible Person for Internal Whistleblowing Procedure Ad Hoc projects aligned with business needs (Recruitment involvement, immigration and partnership with Centers of excellence in HR to fulfill local and global projects). Drive employer branding initiatives in the local geo by partnering with CoE Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy aligned with business goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies; proactively manage HR-related risks. Qualifications 8 years experience in HR Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results Business and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness Written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network Experience setting up new entity in India from an HR perspective Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking abilities .
