How will you make an impact in this role?

This role will take end-to end leadership and support the Servicing Portal Capabilities Project Management Office (PMO), in partnership with cross functional teams such as GS PMO, Product Managers, Technologies, and other key stakeholders.

The Servicing Portals Capabilities PMO role will help support the portals capabilities team by managing the production issues, ensuring the Customer Service Representative have the best portals experience. Furthermore, you will require to support the portfolio roadmap for GSP/ISP/GSP-C and Merchant platforms, supporting GS, Consumer, Commercial and other Line of Businesses .

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, hard-working and product mind-set individual to work as a Product Analyst. In this role, the Product Analyst will be responsible for reviewing the product support issues, articulating use cases and defining the e2e customer experience for the Servicing Portals (ISP, GSP, GSP-C & ISP Banking). This role will also require working closely with the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) team as well as Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Product Managers, UX Designers, Business Rules developers, RTE among other colleagues. Furthermore, the role also requires tracking and managing the CAPS/OREs, ensuring the regulatory target/timeline deliverables are met.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with Product Managers and Product Owners to review the progress of the production issues as well as prioritized Initiatives, plan for new product features, scope, and functionality, removing roadblocks.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, especially those related to regulatory compliance, especially CAPs/OREs.
  • Ensure Accurate Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Furthermore, remediate any features that are not accurately linked to the approved Epics.
  • Partner with Portals PMO to review capacity allocation and funds allocated to problem tickets.
  • Project Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and potential ROI.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage the project portfolio, ensuring that projects support organizational objectives and deliver value.
  • Capacity Planning: Assess current and future resource needs to ensure the organization can meet project demands.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve project issues and conflicts, promoting a collaborative and productive environment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technology and product managers.
  • Well versed with creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in Product Analyst role.
  • Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities.
  • Detailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall project.
  • Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution.
  • Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or similar working experience will be preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consistent track record of working independently and making key decisions on projects.
  • Confirmed ability to lead change in dynamic, ambiguous environment, and ability to influence without direct authority among peers and with leaders.
  • Influence team members with innovative changes and improvements by demonstrating risk taking.
  • Experience in using the Jira and/or Rally tool and creating dashboard views for reporting the progress within Jira/Rally tool.
  • Ability to effectively interpret Technology and Product objectives as well as challenges.
  • Knowledge of product/tech development frameworks used: Agile, Agile SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, OKR, LPM, etc.
